Mission
The Nicol Foundation (TNF) is a “faith-based” 501c3 not-for-profit charity devoted to upholding traditional American Values by providing education, inspiration and scholarship assistance to support and encourage innovation, creativity, self-reliance and entrepreneurship.
Many great and worthy charities exist to help fight devastating diseases, catastrophic peril, hunger and poverty while other organizations support religious or moral causes. Each of us has a passion toward certain foundations. The United States of America has been and still is the most exceptional and charitable nation throughout history. What makes all our philanthropy possible? Founder Kevin G. Nicol believes that our nation’s benevolence and prosperity is made possible and is a direct result of our Judeo-Christian values and our free-enterprise system which is fueled by innovation, creativity, self-reliance and entrepreneurship (the primary ideals supported and encouraged by TNF).
Purpose
In honor of his family, ancestry, and business, founder Kevin G. Nicol’s dream is to establish a foundation that supports the fundamentals he believes are the most important to our country and future:

Goals & Objectives
The Nicol Foundation’s (TNF) goals and objectives are to help provide scholarships, awards and financial assistance along with educational and inspirational programs to encourage, promote and support American Exceptionalism and Spiritual Faith in schools, organizations, and Judeo-Christian churches, synagogues and religious organizations.
Memorial-Dedicatory Scholarships and Awards
Custom Memorial-Dedicatory Scholarships and Awards are available to commemorate a friend or loved-one. Scholarship-Awards must adhere to The Nicol Foundation’s Mission and be approved by the TNF Executive Board.

The SIUE Foundation exists to support the mission, vision, and values of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. On behalf of the University, the Foundation provides fundraising coordination and implementation, serves as the steward for contributions, produces donor receipts, conducts the decentralized annual fund drive programs, and upholds the highest standards of fiscal responsibility and investment management. These efforts are conducted in relation to the donors’ expressed wishes as well as the instructional, scholarship, and public service pursuits of the University.
